We believe: In the plenary, verbal inspiration of the Scriptures; that the Old and New Testaments are the inerrant Word of God and are God's revelation to man. (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21) We believe: That God revealed Himself through Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, who was born of a virgin, fully God and fully Man. (Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:27; John 1: 1, 14; Philippians 2:7; Colossians 1:16-17) We believe: In the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, His miracles, and His perfect atonement for the sins of the whole world through His shed blood on the cross of Calvary. (Acts 2:22; Hebrews 9:26; I Peter 3:18; I John 2:2; 4:10) We Believe That Christ was resurrected bodily from the grave on the third day, ascended into heaven, and is today our Great High Priest, Mediator and Advocate. (Hebrews 4:14-15; 7:26; I John 2:1) We believe: That all those who place their faith and trust in the Christ Jesus alone, believing He died for all their sins--past, present and future--and rose again from the dead, are justified on the ground of His shed blood, reconciled to God, and have assurance of salvation as a result of His abounding grace. (John 1:12; John 3:16; Romans 4:5; Ephesians 1:7; 2:5, 8-9; Colossians 1:14; Colossians 2:13; I John 5:11-13) We believe: That the Holy Spirit (the Blessed Comforter, the Spirit of Truth, the Spirit of Christ) is God. He indwells, seals, perfects, and sanctifies all those who are in Christ, baptizing them into the Body of Christ, and showing them the things of Christ. (John 14:16-17; 26; 16:13; Romans 8:9; I Corinthians 12:13; Ephesians 1:13; 4:30; II Thessalonians 2:13; Hebrews 10:14) We believe: In the premillennial, personal and bodily return of the Lord Jesus Christ and a resurrection of the just and the unjust. Those who have placed their faith and trust in Christ Jesus will receive everlasting life with rewards and dwell with Him forever; those who reject Him will face eternal judgment, condemnation, shame, and the second death. (Daniel 12:2; John 3:16, 5:24; 14:1-3; Acts 1:11; I Thessalonians 4:16-17; Hebrews 6:2; Revelation 21:8; 22:12) We believe: That the Lord Jesus is the true Healer of our souls, and that He alone can heal us emotionally and spiritually, setting us free from every bondage, including fear and guilt. In Him we have been given every spiritual blessing, and He will never forsake His children. (Psalm 174:3; Luke 4:18; John 15:4; Ephesians 1:3; II Timothy 4:18; Hebrews 13:5; II Peter 1:3-4) How Do I Receive Eternal Life?
