Personal Writings About the
 Worldwide Church of God Experience

journal

These writings cover the deception and fraud surrounding WCG and the trauma and abuses suffered at the hands of "God's ministers." Many of them were written between 1994 and 1998, but others are more recent and dated. Today the author has recovered from the WCG experience. These writings remain posted to validate exiters from any of the high demand, abusive offshoots of WCG, such as PCG, as some of the experiences will be similar.

It is very helpful in one's recovery to start at the beginning of our group experience and write about incidents that not only were stressful, but all that come to mind that you are trying to sort through.

An Open Letter to Our Acquaintances in The Church of God (Very important letter which enabled many to question deception and to exit WCG and its authoritarian offshoots. One interesting part shows how WCG used thought reform in order to instigate their new changes.)
