I had to ask myself if Gerald Flurry was:

(1) the only true minister speaking for God for these end times? (as he and Philadelphia Church of God claims)

(2) a Herbert Armstrong fanatic who has been brainwashed into believing he is "that prophet"--honestly thinking he is doing right? 

(3) a sociopathic deceiver who is using the PCG as a "front" to cover many alternative motives and desires? (while forcing families apart, leading people into depression and suicide, and also bringing in the money?) 

Jesus Christ came to earth in the flesh, bringing grace and truth (John 1:14, 17). He released us from the bondage of the old covenant and from our own works for salvation. Gerald Flurry is teaching old covenant laws and denying Jesus Christ's free gift of salvation through His death on the cross. Flurry holds power over his people by "owning" disfellowship orders. If he is the one and only true TRUE MINISTER OF GOD of what he calls "GODS ONLY CHURCH," he holds fleshly POWER over his flock--but, if it is true, wouldn't he have more specific revelations of these times versus the vague ones he pronounces with the aid of his obedient team? 

I have many recent sermon tapes and I understand why these tapes are limited to "mind-controlled" members only. An outsider could all to easily point out the errors in the sermons and the PCG doesn't want that. PCG members (I was once one that almost lost everything) are so deceived and obsessed with this so-called "true minister of God" and his "true church," that they will turn away family and friends to stay with the PCG because the others don't know "the truth." I almost lost my treasured gift from God of my precious family for "A MAN." Would Jesus ask us to leave and shun our treasured families as blessings from God to obey this man? 

I admit, if you are a God-seeker with all your heart, it is easy to fall into the Flurry trap. I was a man of average intelligence and fell. His ministers are trained to prey on people who are seeking God. Once conquered, FEAR begins. Not the fear of God that is the beginning of wisdom which the Scriptures speak of, but fear of being ousted out of what Flurry calls, "God's ONLY Church."

Let's be reasonable. Aren't PCG members a little egotistical to think that they (reportedly a few thousand) are the ONLY people on earth that know the truth? It sounds unfair to the Savior of mankind. Jesus loves all mankind and not just the PCG! HE tells us this in John 3:16. Why would He limit His truth to Gerald Flurry and his flock?

Why haven't more people heard of Gerald Flurry? Are the billions of people in the world that are not members of the PCG all evil? According to Flurry, these people will not be taken to a "place of safety" and will experience the tribulation and then "maybe" they will later receive eternal life. 

What does this mean to true Christians in the world who have placed their trust in Jesus, but who are without a television or radio; i.e., in Africa, Russia, etc? They've never heard of Flurry! If he claims to be God's true minister for these end times and these people can't and don't have access to him or his teachings, why are they going to suffer unlike the Flurry gang? Jesus Christ is more than Flurry!!! He is not limited to television or radio but has a universal broadcast! That broadcast is not the "send in your money and stay home on Saturday" broadcast, but it is the broadcast of SALVATION. He died for us and our sins. (John 1:29) What more can we ask?

Can Gerald Flurry save you? NO! …don't believe or obey what he says!

Can Jesus Christ, the Son of God, save you? YES! …believe and obey what He says!

I've gotten my nose out of the garbage that the PCG publishes and into the RED PRINT of my King James Bible. I now see with my own eyes that Gerald Flurry could be #2 or #3 as mentioned above. I can't judge past that, but Jesus gives us the authority to judge him past #1.

When I was in the PCG, I used to look up to Flurry and study his words over and over. Here I was, unknowingly taking his words as gospel and looking up to him as if he was next to God with all his revelations. Aren't we supposed to look to the Lord Jesus Christ who IS God and look up to Him instead? We were never instructed to study the "red print" (the words of Christ) in the Bible while in PCG. Funny, how we can put ourselves in the place of Jesus!

Falsehood reigns! Wake up! It has been revealed in Scripture that there will be deceivers and false prophets! (II Timothy 3:13; Matthew 7:15) I was so hurt when I realized I had been deceived (not to mention the money they stole). I still have a hard time understanding people who have no conscience. I now realize that evil can influence consciences and even though a person can appear as concerned and kind, they can have an evil spirit motivating them. We have to remember the wily, sneaky, deceptive and mostly anti-Christ ways of Satan. He got me for awhile but he forgot about the defeat he suffered by Jesus Christ who rescued me.

I know Jesus Christ exits -- He proved it to me!!

I love Jesus so. I look to the sky for His return and will shout with joy when He appears. I pray my family and I see the day soon to a new heavens and a new earth away from this blasphemy of a world as we know it now. It is time to discern what you hear and read! Let us get back to the Word of God--versus the nice little booklets the cults are putting out with false messages. Give back the love Jesus gave us! It is the very least we can do. Bow down on your knees and bow your head humbly and give worship to Him that saved YOU! Jesus Christ was our gift from Almighty God.
