Tony is the Founder and Director of The Center for the
Study of Deviant Movements in Jackson TN. He has served as an
investigative researcher for over ten years in the areas of cults, sects
and deviant movements. He has served as a consultant and trainer to
numerous regional, state and federal agencies on the subject of cult and
occult related criminal groups. He has written several articles on law
enforcement and non-traditional religious groups for such publications as
Law and Order, Police Quarterly and The Backup Training Publication. He is
author of the book, A Cop's Guide to Occult Investigations. Kail
has performed a number of research projects on non-traditional in areas
like Miami and New York.
